The Australian Embassy in Israel is located in the capital city of Tel Aviv. The Embassy can assist you with consular assistance if you are in need of help such as apply for a new passport. Note that if you are applying for a new passport that you need to do the application in person as the Embassy. They can also assist in an emergency such as illness or an accident to act as translator or a bridge between you and your family back in Australia.
If you are wanting to visit Australia then you can also ask at the Embassy about the visa application process such as applying for a student visa, partner visa or a skills visa. Most however apply for a visitors visa which allows you to visit Australia for up to 12 months at a time.
