Australian Consulate in Montevideo, Uruguay
Note that the Australian Embassy in Argentina has non-resident accreditation to Uruguay (includes visiting, reporting and consular responsibilities). If you are looking for assistance on outside of the basic consular assistance then you will need to contact the Australian Embassy in Argentina.
Australian High Commission in Trinidad and Tobago
Note that as from the 1st July 2015 all Australian passport applications are required to be lodged in person and that mail applications will no longer be accepted. Note that there will also be additional fees for passport applications lodged overseas from 1 July 2015. these fees are – AUD 100 for adults/seniors and AUD50 for minors.
Australian Embassy in Chile
The Australian Embassy in Chile has been added below. If you are living in Venezuela then you will also need to contact the Australian Embassy located in Santiago de Chile as there is no Embassy or Consulate in Venezuela. There is an Australian Consulate in Colombia however this is managed by Austrade and you would still need to contact the Australian Embassy in Chile.

If you are located in Brazil and need consular assistance then you can contact the Australian Embassy located in Brasilia or the Australian Consulate located in São Paulo. There is also an Honorary Consulate in Rio de Janeiro. They will be able to also assist you with a marriage visa, fiancee visa or retirement visa for Australia.
Embajada de Australia, Buenos Aires
If you are in Argentina then you can ask for assistance at the Australian Embassy in Buenos Aires.
