Consular Services:

The Consular and Passport Services Section of the Australian Consulate-General in Bali is open from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. The Consulate can issue you with an emergency passport if you had lost your passport while on holiday.

Passport renewals and applications and notarial services – by appointment only.

Passport applications and renewals and notarial services are done by appointment only in Bali.  To book an appointment please call (0361) 2000 100 in Balie and also select the Consular option or email bali.congen@dfat.gov.au

Appointments can be made between the following times:

Monday 1.00pm – 4.00pm
Tuesday 8.30am – 12.00pm and 1.00pm – 4.00pm
Thursday 8.30am – 12.00pm and 1.00pm – 4.00pm
Friday 8.30am – 12.00pm
